It's an aspirational Z motherboard, and arguably the best gaming motherboard for Comet Lake overclocking, but I'll concede it's not a particularly realistic purchase for most of us. It has triple M. You'd have to climb right to the top of the product stack to get the same from MSI and ASUS, both of whom offer a little more polish, but also charge plenty for the privilege. Though there's a lot to be said for extreme motherboardsthis is a great value Intel board.

You should be able to run High Sierra or Mojave with a Z motherboard, but as already mentioned your graphics card won't work fully. You should have considered getting another graphics card if you objective is to run MacOS. That's why I thought whether if would be possible for RTX series. Even if you measure mm of clearance and a graphics card says it's mm long, it may be too snug a fit. Subtracting 20mm from your measurement and buying a card that's shorter than the resulting length should do the trick. Power requirements are another major sticking point.
If you have a PC that was built beforethere's a good chance your power supply won't have any 8-pin PCI Express Graphics PEG power connectors available, which are used on many of the faster cards today. If you have a PC from a large OEM eg, something from Dell, HP, or Lenovoyou might not even be able to swap out the power supply for a newer model with the required 6- or 8-pin connectors.
It's also important to note here that while 4-pin Molex to 6-pin PEG power adapters exist, as do 6-pin to 8-pin adapters, you really shouldn't use these! Melted wires, short circuits and even fires have been started with such shenanigans. Just buy a new PSU if you don't have the appropriate power connectors available.
As for capacity, you don't want to be at the limit of your PSU. Your CPU, motherboard, RAM, and other components also draw power, however, and even if your PC is only using W, you probably don't want to be that close to the power supply's limit. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should, of course. I have an old Intel Core i PC still kicking around that was an absolute beast back in early when I built it. More than a decade later, it can still do most of what you might want to do on a PC, and it has been upgraded many times over the years.
What it won't do is run every game at high framerates.
